Antler Creek Co. LLC (“we,” “us”) runs antlercreekco.com. This page explains what information we collect through the site, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

When you fill out our quote form, we collect what you type in and attach:

• Your name, email address, and (if you give it) your phone number and business name
• Details about your order, such as items, quantity, and notes
• Any artwork or logo file you upload

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We don’t use this to identify you.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your information.
• We don’t use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on this site.
• We don’t send marketing emails or texts unless you ask us to.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your quote request, prepare mockups, fill and ship your order, and contact you about it. We use your artwork only to produce your order and the mockups for it.

Who else handles it

We share information only with the service providers that make the site and our business run:

• Netlify hosts this website and receives quote form submissions and uploaded files.
• Google (Gmail) delivers form notifications and our email.
• Shipping carriers receive your name and address when we ship an order.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and “Do Not Track”

This site doesn’t set cookies of its own, and we don’t track you across other websites. Because we don’t track, we treat every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and order records as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we’re required to keep it.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes
